Embracing Our Shine: Welcome to H’art Studio’s Fall Season

As the leaves turn and the air gets crisp, we’re excited to welcome you into H’art Studio’s Fall season! This season, themed “Shine A Light On Me,” invites H’art Studio artists to embark on a journey of self-discovery and cultural exploration through creative expression.

From September through December, H’art artists are diving into a series of five inclusive art workshops designed to foster belonging, shared connection and self-expression. We hope you’ll follow along as we share their progress and update you along the way. Here is a bit about our Fall workshops:

  1. Symbols of You: How We Show & Tell: Discover symbols and styles that show who you are. Create special sketches and designs, share stories, and build confidence.
  2. Runway Rhythms: Explore exciting runway and marching music while building your music reading and ensemble playing skills. A fun opportunity to grow as a musician!
  3. Art in Motion:: Combine runway movements, positive words, and collage to craft unique textured pieces that reflect your inner brilliance.A great session to get you moving and creating!
  4. ….And Action!:: Express your true self in a black and white film project without using words! Learn how to share feelings through creative actions while you engage in local cultural events, and gain insights from visiting artists and community leaders
  5. :Shine with Yessica: Yessica Belsham Rivera of Ollin Kingston is back! Take part in a dynamic workshop that shines a light on the beauty of multidisciplinary art connection, inspiring creativity through collaboration and cultural exploration.

This season is an opportunity to discover our unique sparkle and let it shine brighter than ever!
